Appointment requests
Sending a message through the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists only once the front desk has confirmed it to you.
We may need to reschedule an appointment. Where that happens you will be contacted on the number you provided.

We keep the information here current and correct, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and clinical practice changes. Where this site and what your consultant tells you differ, what your consultant tells you governs.
