Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website. Health records created during treatment are held under clinical confidentiality and are described separately below.
Draft. This document describes how the website behaves and is accurate as to the site itself. The sections covering clinical records and in-clinic practice must be checked against what the clinic actually does, and the whole document reviewed by a qualified adviser, before it is relied upon.

What this website collects
This site has no login, no account and no database. It does not ask for, store or transmit personal information to a server of ours.
The appointment form is the only place you type anything. What you enter is assembled into a message in your own browser and handed to WhatsApp, which you then send yourself. Nothing is submitted to us until you press send in WhatsApp, and nothing you type is stored on this site.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. IP addresses are anonymised before they reach Google.
Analytics tells us that a page about pelvic floor rehabilitation was read. It does not tell us who read it, and it is not connected to any clinical record.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to recognise a returning browser. You can block or delete these in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
Messaging us
When you contact the clinic by WhatsApp or telephone, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp or your mobile operator under their own terms, not ours. Please do not send detailed medical history, images or documents over WhatsApp — bring them to your appointment instead.
Clinical records
Records created during assessment and treatment are held under clinical confidentiality and are separate from this website. They are used to plan and deliver your care, and are shared outside the clinic only with your consent, or where the law requires it.
You may ask to see what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask about how long records are kept. Contact the clinic using the details below.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and raise a grievance about how it is handled.
To make any of these requests, contact the clinic on the number below and ask for the person responsible for records.
